These policies are used only as a guideline in maintaining a workable relationship with the customer. Naturally I will do our best to make sure that customers are not only happy with their piece(s) but also satisfied with the service behind it. These policies are not intended to make things complicated for a dissatisfied customer. In order for to develop a good system for dealing with any problems you may have with your order I ask that you try to follow these guidelines. If this is not possible, please don't hesitate to contacting me to discuss an alternative.
Returns & Exchanges
No Designed by Alice piece can be returned, refunded or exchanged for any reason, except for faults made in the production of the piece(s). ALL SALES ARE FINAL! If there is a fault in production you must send an email explaining what the problem is, where bought you piece (order number if known) and when. You may be asked to provide a digital photo of the problem before we except to make an exchange or refund. DO NOT SEND ANYTHING BACK UNLESS YOU HAVE CONFIRMATION FROM US!! Returned within 14 days of purchasing/receiving your order.Returned postage paid by us if in fact the fault is ours.
Packed in their original package as was received.
Clearly 'not have been worn' and must not have been washed.
In light of production defects, items will be sent postage free. Items returned that do not comply with our return policy will be discarded or returned at the customers' expense. Only items bought directly from official representatives may be returned. Returns and exchange policies are not applicable on discounts or items that have been specially adjusted or damaged during transport/shipping.
Price will be quoted on receipt of order.
Designed by Alice is not responsible for damages that occur during Postage.
If your package is returned because the address is incorrect, not found, or because the package was unclaimed, we will not resend the package without additional payment for the cost of resending. Naturally, if it's our mistake there is no extra charge. Please make sure your address is correct and that there is always someone available to claim the package if you are not able.
Designed by Alice reserves the right to reject any special order based on a design adjustment or colour variation that is not representative of the Designed by Alice label. If your order has been rejected you will be notified to discuss an alternative.
Back Ordered Items
If for any reason we are unable to fill your order because of the availability of material we will contact you directly to discuss an alternative.
Due to certain agreements made with the different representatives worldwide pricing may vary from region to region. Designed by Alice reserves the right to make adjustments in prices. Customers will be advised of changes in the printed price before any order is accepted.
Retail prices are set in agreements Designed by Alice. Retailers and Representatives may not change the retail price without first having written approval from Designed by Alice.
A system is used to keep track of your shopping details in order to process your order.
Designed by Alice will not disclose customer information to third parties.
No portion of the Designed by Alice catalogue, website, or printed material may be copied or used without express written approval by Designed by Alice.
Due to the possible variations, Designed by Alice does not guarantee that the colours/fabrics chosen to combine will not bleed or discolour. We do will not refund or exchange any pieces effect in this way. Our suggestion is to follow the Fabric care and any special instructions or notes.
